The Link2Parents service is simple and very straight forward – rather than issuing letters or calling each parent, SMS text alerts are sent to each parent’s cell phone giving them vital school information. SMS alerts have been proven to accelerate the communication process between parents and schools.

Schools are able to upload a list of cell numbers (and/or e-mails) and broadcast text messages to parents. The Link2Parents service has also given them the ability to schedule alerts in advance for future events. As the school phone number is mentioned in messages, it enables parents to instantly act on information and call up the school if they wanted more information or to discuss issues.
